Litigation Support Services

We provide:

consultation and support services to attorneys

Litigation Support is a service that also goes hand in hand with  Digital Forensics

We provide comprehensive Litigation Support Services with a particular focus on the electronic discovery phases of litigation and investigations. Our services are designed to support counsel throughout the lifecycle of electronically stored information (ESI), from identification and preservation through analysis and production.

All data handling is performed in accordance with applicable local rules, court orders, and agreed-upon protocols. Data is typically reviewed for relevance and privilege prior to production to opposing counsel. Potentially responsive information is identified and placed under legal hold to prevent alteration or loss. Evidence is then forensically collected, preserved, and analyzed using validated digital forensic methodologies, followed by review within a secure document review platform. Documents may be reviewed in native format or converted to industry-standard formats such as PDF or TIFF. Document review platforms enable efficient aggregation, searching, and analysis of large volumes of ESI.

Electronic data presents challenges distinct from traditional paper records due to its intangible nature, volume, volatility, and persistence. Unlike paper documents, electronic data contains metadata—often critical evidentiary information—such as creation, modification, and access timestamps, which can be pivotal in matters including intellectual property, employment, and fraud disputes. Preserving this metadata without spoliation requires specialized forensic procedures. In the United States, electronic discovery is governed by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP), including amendments effective December 1, 2006, and December 1, 2010, as well as applicable state laws and court rules.

We assist attorneys in interpreting digital forensic findings and reports, translating complex technical results into clear, actionable legal insights. Our team also supports counsel during depositions and court proceedings by advising on the examination and cross-examination of opposing forensic experts. Additionally, we review transcripts of opposing expert testimony and provide concise, comprehensible analyses based on our technical and forensic expertise. Where appropriate, we assist in developing alternative theories, scenarios, and litigation strategies grounded in forensic evidence and testimony to strengthen our clients’ positions.

Members of our team have provided expert testimony in both federal and state courts throughout the United States.
